When using the BLF on Linksys phones (SPA962+932), the LED remains green (available) for all extensions that are not communicating.
We currently have no way to know if the extension is connected (so available or not). This is really critical when our customers are using the 3CX softphones.
The BLF does not neither report the Do No Disturb feature of he phones.
So the requests are :
- To get the unregistered extensions reporting in RED
- To get the phones with the Status Do Not Disturb either in RED or ORANGE (ideally)
