I am desperately in need of this feature, blocking some or all extensions to ever logoff from any queue where they have been listed. We have people logging off queues "without them seeing they did" (too easy via the Assistant, not even a confirmation "yes/no" before flipping that switch). The end result: callers pile up in the queues and no one gets these calls or too few people to handle them.

Sure those users need education. But it would be sooo easy to just configure them in the queues they belong to and not let them log off by any simple mean.

Did I miss such a parameter somewhere?
