Call Assistant Launch Button

Is it possible to consider an additional button on the Popup on incoming calls to launch an external program manually. I know it can launch it on incoming calls. If I have a URL Launch, it will open a new window on every call, and I may not want to open a windo, or I am away from my computer and I have all of these open windows.

So I was thinking of a button next to the Close button that says "Launch" or something like that, and it can pass the CID (and other call information if possible) on a command line.
