The call assistant window cannot be re-sized.

When you have more than 11 extensions configured, you cannot see "Extension Status" for all them at the same time.

I also would like to see the extensions in two or three columns (much like in the 3CX Console "Line Status"). I think it is clear than a list.

I'm agree with your last request. I'm a reseller and most of the potential clients ask for a more professional looking call assistant interface where it would easier to see the extensions states and to call them.
Another frequent requests is a receptionist console.
