Call Pickup & Do Not Disturb

I like to know in 3CX its available this feature such like Call Pickup

1. Direct Pickup Code
2. Group Pickup Code
3. Do Not Distrub Code (Internal & External)

if sum know please post what is code or how to use

Direct Pickup is not available directly in the interface but it can be achieved manually

Example
100 is calling 101
you are 102
you want to pick up call ringing at 101
you must dial 9100101
this will pickup call.

NOTE: as i said before you can just dial 9100 but this will pickup first call that took place if there are more than 1 calls ringing at the same time.

This number can be configure in ini file at this location C:\Program Files\3CX&PhoneSystem\Bin\3CXPhoneSystem.ini incase you dont' like 9100

You would have to add
[DialCodes]
pickup = 9100

or

[DialCodes]
pickup = XXXX

Have in mind that [DialCodes] category doesn't exist at the moment. You must create it and add pickup = xxxx under it.


Do not disturb code is not available directly but its the status of the extension which decided for now. some hardware have DND function on them and 3cx call assistance has that feature you can set status to away.

and how to set call parking?

is possible to trasfer a call (via pbx) for example with a sequence *202# that should iniziate a Blind Call Transfer to ext 202 ??

some FXS device support such function. Most of all sip phone hard as well as softphone have these functions readly availalbe on them so please use them directly instead to getting them on 3cx system.

this is about Do not disturn feature and forwarding..
