Call Recording Volume

Postby dcline97 » Thu Feb 09, 2012 10:36 pm

We have started selectively recording calls and have found the the volume is out of balance. The voice level of the users on our end are quite loud while the voice level of the outside caller is quite low. You have to turn up the volume to hear the caller and then you get overpowered by our user's voice.

Any ideas on how to balance out the two voice levels when recording?

Also - does anyone know when we will be able to listen to recorded calls using MyPhone or a similar tool? We may build our own if its too far off in the future.

Thanks,

Dave

Hi,

You will be able to listen recorded conversations from MyPhone in soon to be released version 11.
