I can get it registered but it shows up with the remote networks private ip in my "phones" tab in 3cx. How do I get it to show up as the extension at the public IP in 3cx so it connects to it remotly? This is at a remote office and I'm trying to connect back to my pbx at my house.
Well, if anyone wants to know the fix I just figured it out, you have to select Rport (RFC 3581) on the aastra phone to get it to send the public IP back to the 3cx server so it knows how to get back to the extension.
If I have two extensions on the remote network how do I get port 5060 forwarded to two different IPs? I have to forward 5060 to the ip of the phone that is there now, so if I add another one I don't see how I get 5060 to the next ip? I thought these were supposed to be session based.
