Hi,
I know there has been several discussions about this phone, can actually anybody share all necessary files to convert and configure this phone. I'm getting pretty desperate to get this fancy phone work.
Thanks J.

You need to get the licensed SIP firmware directly from Cisco if you haven't already. If you purchased Smartnet when you purchased your phone you have access to the site to download the software. If you didn't get Smartnet you should purchase it from a Cisco reseller. It is about $10 US and the part number is CON-SNT-CP7941. You will then have access to all the different firmware versions for this phone. Once you have the firmware checkout my previous posting on configuring these phones.
