I have obtained the attached from Cisco support but as they do not provide support for 3CX, they referred me to 3CX support who then referred me here....
I am trying to configure this phone to work with 3CX. So far, I have managed to connect the phone to the 3CX (it appears as registered in the 3CX consol) and I am able to make the phone ring, when dialing its extention.
And that's about it.
I am unable to answer the call, to make a call or use the other features of the phone.
Is there a way to have your support on this?
