Buonasera,
sto cercando di trovare una configurazione valida per poter usare degli interni remoti (senza VPN).

Ho installato la versione 10 del 3cx.
Configuro l'interno 100 e lo provo in locale e funziona tutto perfettamente.

Sul router del centralino "giro" le porte 5060 e dalla 9000 alla 9049 (viste in impostazioni di rete).

prova a collegarmi da remoto tramite VPN (pptp) e funziona tutto perfettamente.
però io non vorrei usare la vpn (sto pensando al caso di connessione da cellulari o se non si può mettere la vpn).

allora nel mio client metto l'ip del router (centralino 3cx) e mi da autenticazione fallita...
leggo i log del 3cx e trovo
..........Reason: Block WAN requests is ON................
mi documento e scopro ceh bisogna entrare nell'interno --> tab altro -> deselezionare "disallow use of extension outside the LAN"

detto fatto adesso mi prende la registrazione... ma non chiama e non riceve...
il client è config così:
username: 100
password: password
proxy/registrar: ip del router (centralino 3cx)
stun server: stun.3cx.com (ho provato anche con l'ip del router ma non va uguale)

Stai usando un client sip, giusto?
utilizza quello 3cx (3cx phone 6.0 http://www.3cx.com/downloads/3CXPhone6.msi) con la funzione TUNNEL attiva e risolvi tutti i problemi.

è vero, non ci avevo pensato di provare con il client sip di 3cx....

comunque sto usando un spa921 linksys e ho provato a configurarlo secondo questa guida

ho inserito il keep alive e lo stun... ma nulla...

adesso sul server vedo il telefono registrato ma da questo log

ma non è che per configurare degli interni remoti è obbligatorio dare al server 3cx un ip statico senza essere dietro ad un nat?

cioè la mia situazione adesso è

server 3cx dietro router (nat) con tutte le porte sopra descritte aperte
client spa921 dietro router (nat)

comunque ho provato anche a usare il 3cxphone ma è peggio del telefono vero...
configurato con il tunnel 3cx si registra ma se chiamo sento tipo suonare ma in verità non sta suonando...
se mi arriva una chiamata non suona proprio... mi parte la casella vocale...

almeno con lo spa921 ricevo le chiamate ma non le invio...

suggerimenti da provare?
c'è un riepilogo, una sorta di procedura?
io quello che ho fatto l'ho descritto nel primo post, pensavo che bastava, invece....

quello che vedo io di strano oltre al rejected
è che questo ip 10.1.1.153 è l'ip lan dello spa921, ma non so cosa se ne fa il 3cx...

se qualcuno potesse essere d'aiuto, ringrazio anticipatamente...

Al posto dell'FQDN caluscog.dyndns.org prova a mettere l'ip pubblico del centralino (anche se è dinamico.. solo per prova)
Ti fa la stessa cosa? prova a postare il log anche così

adesso addirittura non prende nemmeno le chiamate entranti che con lo spa921 faceva...

installo il 3cx su una macchina con un ip lan
apro le porte 5060,5090,9000-9049 sul router puntando al mio 3cx
eseguo il controllo firewall e va tutto bene

nel tab avanzate c'è l'opzione sip domain e c'era un ip della lan che non era quello attuale della macchina...
cmq li ho messo l'indirizzo dyndns della mia macchina e adesso sembra funzionare!

solo che adesso non riesco a ricevere le chiamate... bo, devo riprovare con lo spa921...
magari ho configurato male lo snom...

Se hai possibilitá di installare il 3cx proxy manager su un client e usare quello come gateway sip nei telefoni risolvi il problema alla radice

puoi continuare a provare, ma ip statico è una regola fondamentale per
avere delle connessioni stabili e qualitativamente affidabili,

cioè se ho la necessità di inserire un interno remoto, non è possibile solo configurando il telefono hardware?

ma l'ip statico intendi che è necessario per la configurazione o per il raggiungimento del 3cx?
per il raggiungimento basta avere un dominio dyndns, io non ho mai avuto problemi... sono sempre raggiungibili...
se invece intendi che bisogna avere un ip statico perchè è richiesta una linea "di qualità" ci sta...
però io adesso sto solo facendo delle prove, e l'ho configurato sotto una adsl 7mega senza nessn altro pc collegato.
e mi collego con il telefono da casa, dove oltre al mio pc non c'è collegato nulla...

poi succede una cosa strana. se uso 3cx phone sul mio client (dove ci sono problemi con lo sp921) e lo configuro con il tunnel (sulla porta 5090) non si registra e da errore...
se tolgo la spunta al tunnell, si connette e funziona perfettamente in ricezione e in invio...

.... mi riferivo ai requisiti minimi del funzionamento nel Mondo Voip,
l'indirizzo ip statico è fondamentale.
Ho assistito a corsi di grosse aziende , alle varie domande che venivano poste in riferimento all'indirizzo
ip statico/dinamico , nel caso del dinamico non venivano nemmeno prese in considerazione.
Nei miliardi di post che si leggono nei vari forum , spesso nelle domande riferite alle varie problematiche
erano riferite alla condizione del "dinamico".
Poi ognuno è libero di "impazzire" dietro alle varie soluzioni e prove del caso, anche io a mio tempo
ho sbattuto la testa in quella circostanza, abbastanza da non ricaderci più.

quindi se avessi una linea adsl con un singolo ip statico, il che vuole dire mettere il router e "girare" le porte al 3cx potrebbe andar bene?
o avere un ip statico dedicato al router quindi senza nat ma l'ip statico punterebbe direttamente alla macchina 3cx?
