Dail Rule need help

Use SPA-2102 for skype gateway, wants to know how to set dail rule in SPA-2102 and outbound rule for 3cx software, 2nd question is which Audio Preferred Codec is good for skype gateway with SPA-2102 ...please help??

This is a very generic question. What numbers do you want to dial on the telephone set and what digits you you want to send out to Skype?
