Scenario: A user is filing documents away from their phone. Someone else inthe office calls them on intercom. The user's phone rings as if a normal call so the user rushes to answer the phone not knowing it is an intercom callthat will be automatically answered.

Users want an intercom ringtone. Users want to know it is someone in the office calling them and they don't have to pickup the phone

Obviously this is slightly comlex due to diferent phone manufacturers. but I would like to see this feature specifically with 3cx + Polycom!

Agree, an option for different ringtones for internal and external would be great.
