Erreur pour appel sortant Proxy sip40.videotron.com

Bonjour,

Je fonctionne présentement avec 3CX Version 10.
Je reste à Quebec et je cherche le meilleur fournisseur VOIP SIP au Québec.
Mon fournisseur Internet est Videotron Cable Download 60MB/3MB Upload.

J'ai essayer Frephoneline.ca 30ms sa fonctionne correct mais pas capable de faire le bon DTMF pour choisir dans les menus IVR quand j'appelle chez des clients.

J'ai essayer montreal.voip.ms 11ms sa fonctionne mais la ligne est pas bonne petite coupure dans la ligne si j'essaie de parler en même temps que l'autre j'en perd des mots. Pourtant j'aime leur Setup mais pas bonne qualité.

La je suis rendu a essayer Vidéotron Téléphonie Logiciel 10ms $ 25.00 par mois la qualité avec leur logiciel est superbe quand je fais le Setup dans 3CX mes appels entrants fonctionne très bien.

Mais Quand j'essaie de Sortir appel Interdit pas capable de Sortir.

Message d'erreur :

Voici les parametres : et oui il y a pas d'erreur sur le nom il y a un .ca et un .com Merci.

Sip Server : v40.videotron.ca port 5060
Outbound Proxy: sip40.videotron.com port 5060

Il ya une autre application qui fonctionne avec Videotron sur iphone c'est de Media5 pour iphone il a le setup de videotron dedans.
Dans le Setup il y a le proxy activer pour sip40.videotron.com port 5060 mais il y a aussi a On Retirer "Route Header"
pour que sa fonctionne quand je le met a off plus rien fonctionne sur le iphone.

403 Forbidden soit le fournisseur Sip soit un soucis firewall.

Faite le test du firewall 3cx. option générales reseau firewall

J'ai fait le test du Firewall voici le resultat mais j'ai pas de problème avec les autres fournisseur VOIP (Voip.ms, Callcentric, Freephoneline.ca) c'est seulement avec Videotron que j'ai des problèmes mais c'est avec Videotron que je veux fonctionner.

Comme je disais dans mon post du début il y a une apps iphone Media5 Voip qui fonctionne et pour que sa fonctionne il on activer : Remove Route Header est il possible de faire la même chose dans 3CX.

Dans la description de Media5 Remove Route Header :

Lorsque cette option est activée, les requêtes sont directement envoyées au serveur mandataire sans ajouter d’en-tête Route. Cela règle des problèmes d’interopérabilité avec certains fournisseurs de services. Veuillez noter que cela court-circuite le routage standard tel que spécifié par le protocole SIP.

en fait cette fonctionnalité via header ou route header est inée chez 3cx. j'ai retrouvé un post sur ce sujet

sip-trunks-config-and-node4-co-uk-7980.html

je vous suggère d'y répondre, car peut être que depuis la version 10 des paramètres ont étés ajustés.
