When using Exchange UM with 3CX the email notification that users get with the voicemail message has a number of links included to contact the caller. The "mailto:" link works to bring up a new mail message to the caller. The callers phone numbers are listed with "tel:" links but clicking on these links brings up a "The parameter is incorrect" error. It appears that the "tel:" URL prefix is registered with an application handler that invokes MS Office Communicator. We would like to have a URL handler for the "tel:" prefix that would invoke the 3CX Assistant and make the call via 3CX.
