Extention to Extention dialing with a Tribox

Postby nictwo2269 » Wed Jan 18, 2012 1:53 am

They had Zultys in there main office and tribox in there hong kong location. They were about to say pickup the phone on the tribox and dial *547 and it would connect to extension 547 on the zultys box. I was wandering does anyone have any ideas how to accomplish this with 3cx we have replaced the zultys box.

I know before it was handled by connecting the 2 like one was a sip server then routing the calls internal instead of extenal.

Hi,

You should make a bridge, if you have VPN, or a tunnel between those 2 pbx, one acting as master to accept registration and the other acting as slave. After you make this working you can make calls between those 2 pbx according to your outbound rules.
