Hi all,
After a recent update (I'm not sure since SP4 or SP5), sometimes a queue call that has been connected to an external number (when an extention is set to away and forwards to a external mobile nr) does not end according to 3CX, while it has actually already ended. Only restarting the services 'ends' the call.
This was a 20 minute call, but still "on a call" according to 3CX
Also 3CX admin shows the call
At the provider's side the call ended after the actual call duration.
Any ideas?
