FAX module impovement

The current 3CX FAX module can work only on Windows Server. But many customers won't use 3CX on Server, they want just Windows XP or Windows 7.

It is better to make a new fax module and new 3CX fax client for Windows.

This fax module should be installed on any Windows machine, not just Server. It will include both fax server component and T 38 sending / receiving component.

The fax client should be installed with 3CX Assistant installation package as option, just like 3CX Phone.
