Feature request: Link Outbound calls to timing

Many of our clients are looking for a new feature to see the Outbound Rules linked to timing (Office Timing, Outside Office Timing, All Timing and maybe custom timing).
This will allow implementation of better rules to limit certain extensions call outbound "mobile / international" in certain timing - or outside office hours while allowing local calls, especially when extensions are placed in common accessible areas in the office..
Partially we know that we can disable the extension or the external calls completely. But we cannot select to allow some calls only.
Moreover, we cannot use the prefix for international calls on these extensions since they are easily shown in the call log of the phone..

Why wouldnt you put this in the feature request forum? If you search you will already find a thread about outbound call rule requests as well.
