- Add a "recorded calls" tab to the my phone web portal to allow users to access their recorded calls similar to the way they currently have access to listed to their voicemail messages. I don't see any option for users to view these messages. Yes I can create a share to each users folder but that is more administrator and not as clean.
- Add the Name Display information to the email that gets sent with incoming voicemails. Currently it only puts the number display in the email message.
- Add the Name Display infromation on the pop-up for incoming call with 3CX Assistant (for those who don't use 3cx integration this will be helpful). Currently only shows number display.
- Add a second text/numeric field per extension that can be used for the VoIP provider so that we can configure both outgoing Name and Number on a per extension basis. Currently we can use the field provided for either/or by mapping according in the configuration but it would be better to be able to do both. This will help significantly where there are multiple companies using one 3CX PBX and a Single VoIP provider with multiple DIDs. Likely also helpful with PRI.
