Welcome to the 3CX forum! Thank you for your interested in our software!

Please note that this forum is user to user only, and posts are NOT answered by 3CX staff. This forum is not the right place to obtain commercial level support - this is available only to licensed users with a support package. Set-up of a VOIP phone system requires interaction with many SIP devices and providers, and supporting the configuration of a phone system can not be done free of charge or at evaluation stage. We thank you in advance for your understanding in this.

Before you post a question to this forum, be sure to review the manual and our support FAQs first.

Make things easier for yourself by using supported equipment; View a list of supported VOIP phones, VOIP Gateways and VOIP providers.

If you have a question, make sure to do the following:

1. Clearly describe what the problem is.
2. List what SIP phones and VOIP provider or VOIP Gateway you are using
3. POST THE SERVER STATUS LOG (This can be found in the management console - Phone System > Server status) Clear the status log, then perform the action that causes a problem, and then post that part of the log with your post.
4. Do not assume that its 3CX fault, and ensure that you word your message accordingly. Posts with subjects such as 'Its not working' will be deleted.

Without the above information, your post is likely to be ignored, deleted or at best to get wrong answers.

We thank you in advance for your cooperation!
