If it's not listed on the 3CX site, as being compatible, then it hasn't been tested to work. That doesn't necessarily mean it won't work, it just hasn't been tested, yet. Are you willing to purchase one and try it out?
You may want to ask the company selling it if they have done any testing with a 3CX PBX. It wouldn't cost them anything and it would be to their benefit as they could say that it is compatible and even provide the settings to use. They could then contact 3CX, offer a card to them for testing, so that it could be listed on the 3CX site as being compatible. It would be a win win for all.
