Hi,

We want to use the 3cx soft phone to replace our skype software for making calls. This would allow a complete call report.

However, when we copy the phone number from our CRM it doesn't have the 9 at the start, and the softphone doesnt allow us to dial 9 first and then paste the number in (the 9 gets overwritten).

Is there a way to have the softphone pre-pend 9 to the start of any number automatically?

Not that I know of.

Though you can make an outbound plan for those extensions that doesnt require a 9....
