Global Black List

We get a lot of calls from a small group of automated solicitors and it would be nice if I could put those numbers into a global blacklist so that those calls go immediately to the general voicemail when they come in. We can put them into each extension's profile, but that is extremely time intensive. I would like to have a blacklist option for the incoming lines in addition to the extension lists.

The ability to set up multiple "global" black lists and then choose which trunk groups that they each apply to would be helpful. You could then have some numbers, calling one trunk group (dialling the wrong number) , directed to a voicemail, that says something like "for BigCompany customer service, please hang up and dial 1 800 555 1212" or "for International orders please call..."
