The ability to set up multiple "global" black lists and then choose which trunk groups that they each apply to would be helpful. You could then have some numbers, calling one trunk group (dialling the wrong number) , directed to a voicemail, that says something like "for BigCompany customer service, please hang up and dial 1 800 555 1212" or "for International orders please call..."
