Aldo,

Since you are a 3Cx partner, I suggest opening a ticket via our support system. Please include the firmware version of the gateway that you are using as well as the phone

Hi,

I am using 3CX Phone System 7.1.7139.0.

I have the similar problem. When client calling to office at knock-off hours, it will forward the call to our mobile. It remains silent all the time when forwarded call picked up. Here is my server activity log:

Hi rthee,
First check your firmware version of grandstream. You need also to check the dial tones.

Also do you consider of upgrading your PBX to the latest. They have been many changes / fixes and many improvements. Before uninstalling your current PBX, make a backup and uninstall. Then install the latest PBX http://www.3cx.com/phone-system/downloadlinks.html

Install and restore your backup, and try again. If you need any assistance let me know.
Thanks in advance.

Hi Michael,

Thanks for your feedback.

First, the firmware version of the grandstream phones are all up-to-date. The dial tone is using "pulse" mode.

If I upgrade the 3CX PBX from v7.1 to v8.0, can I use same the license no.?

Many thanks!

Hi Ryan,
If your license entitles for upgrade insurance, yes you can. I would consider to upgrade even if it's expired.

Check this link where we provide the build history from version 7 to version 8 latest.

Hi Michael,

I have upgraded it to version 8, and backed-up settings has been restored successfully. However, I can't access to Management Console page with default login details. Any ideas?

I have done forward call testing during off-office hours; it seems not working either.

Kindly need your advice. Many thanks.
