Hotkey automatic dialing [Solved]

Hallo zusammen

Der Hotkey F11 für die Eingabe der Tel.Nr. funktioniert nicht zuverlässig. Ich muss nach dem starten von 3CX-Assistant ein Mal die Einsetellungen aufrufen und mit OK bestätigen, anschliessend funktioniert es wieder. Habe Windows 7 im Einsatz.

Hat jemand eine Idee was die Ursache sein könnte?

Dies kann ich bestätigen. Man kann das aber etwas verbessern, indem man den Hotkey auf F8 legt. Der IE und Firefox z.B. verwenden selebr die Taste F11 für die Vollbildanzeige.

den Key kann jeder auf eine Taste oder eine Kombination legen wie er will...

CA / File Preferences / Dialing / Global hotkey
