How do I test

I want to test the call center functionality, I have the demo key installed but where do I get the software to test with, I need some sort of agent software to test with and not just the soft phone. Also I want to test the app designer, where do get that?

If you have the softphone installed you will also need the MyPhone.
Get it here: http://PBX-IP:5000/MyPhone
Login and you will se some of the CallManager features on the Queue tab.

Also you should look at the wallboard which is part of the Callcenter edition:
