How to Disable "press 0 for operator"

Postby michielpeeters » Tue Jan 17, 2012 9:08 am

Hi Folks.

Is there anyway to disable the "press 0 for operator" function.

If a call is unanswerd and VoiceMail is enabled, the call is directed to the voicemail of the extension, it will say "leave a message or press "0" for the operator", but we don't have a operator.

thanks.

try to record new voice prompt.
Find this prompt here: C:\ProgramData\3CX\Data\Ivr\Prompts\Sets\8210986B-9412-497f-AD77-3A554F4A9BDB
Delete it and record new
