Wir haben ein Patton Gateway 4112 und daran ein HW Fax angeschlossen (Gesamtsystem: Patton 46xx - 3CX v7.1 - Patton 4112 - Brother Fax. Mit der Version 6 hat alles funktioniert.
Jetzt mit der Version 7.1 können wir keine Faxe mehr empfangen. Die Verbindung zum Server wird zwar aufgebaut, aber nach einiger Zeit trennt es einfach die Verbindung und das Fax wird nicht empfangen. Der Sender bekommt dann folgende Meldung:
Sendung nicht erfolgreich abgeschlossen. besetzt / keine Antwort.

DID und Nebenstelle ist eingerichten (908).
Wie gesagt die Verbindung zum Fax wird aufgebaut aber nicht ausgeführt.
Kann mir jemand helfen? Ich habe schon die meisten Beiträge zu Fax gelesen. Leider hat dies nicht geholfen, da die Einstellungen schon so waren.
