I need change the RingPCSpeaker VOLUME configuration. How?

The configuration is in the 3cxphone file configuration: "%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\3CX VoIP Phone\3CXVoipPhone.ini"

PC speaker is, well, only a speaker, you cannot change its volume, it has nothing to do with the sound card. This kind of beep is used, for instance, in cold boot diagnostics when memory, CPU or graphic card fails.
