How do i import a phone book?

Im guessing your talking about the company phone book.

Well in the simplest of terms and with the simplest software this is how to do it:

1. Open notepad or another similar application.
2. Add names in the following way:
john: west : 4545666443
Jack: Daniels : 43243243243

3. File> save As > whatever.csv
4. Go to the Management Console > Settings > company phonebook > Import.
5. And your done!
