i would like to request improvements on the calendar system.

we are a new 3CX reseller and are finding that most tradintional standard pbx systems allow multiple calendars

e.g
you could route calls mon - fri 9am - 5.30 to a group
same number outside of above to answer machine
from a different number mon - fri 7am - 9am to a different group
same number 9am - 5.30 mon -fri to a group
same numberoutside above 2 to answer machine.

This is a good suggestion, how abou also allowing extension users to maybe configure their own divert system based on times and day etc or is that going a bit too far.

I agree, we are currently looking to move to the 3cx system but using our existing AVST auto attendant we do the following.

Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm - route to a queue with the exception of 12.45 to 1.30pm where it routes to something telling the user we are on lunch and will re-open at 1.30pm.

After 5pm the night service kicks in and a different message.

At the moment the assumption that all offices open and close on the half hour is really quite restrictive and something that may stop us porting onto this system which is a bit of a shame.
