Installation issue

Installation issue

I'm having an installation issue that I can't seem to sort out. I've attempted this installation on 3 computers all running the same hardware and OS (windows 7 pro). When I start the installer, it tells me that I must close 3cx phone before attempting to install 3cx phone. However, these computers have never had 3cx software or voip software of any kind installed on them. Could I be missing a dependancy?

Suggestions?
