Our 3cx server died so we reinstalled it to a new machine and restored from backups. All very easy.
However since then our internal calls dont work. This also means that calls coming in from outside dont work as they get directed to a group number, and reaching any internal phones doesnt work. Outgoing calls are fine.
Incoming calls, when they aren't answered within 10 seconds, are redirected to an answering service and that mechanism works fine.
In the logs we get "request timeout; internal" whenever we try to dial an internal extension.
We can ping the phones from the 3cx server and view the web interfaces of the phones without any issue. The phones themselves register with 3cx and show as being there and with a green icon. Each phone can make outgoing calls without any issue. However the 3cx server is unable to direct any calls to the extensions.
Any ideas?
