IVR set-up - extensions (busy/unregistered)

Postby pacpac » Sat Feb 04, 2012 11:59 am

Hi, I see from each extension's forwarding rules under Phone is Busy, "If my phone is busy or unregistered, then:" Is there a way I can have one IVR set for 'busy' and another one for 'unregistered'?

The way the extension forwarding rules currently stand, there does not appear to be a way to differentiate between busy and not registered. You could always submit a feature suggestion for future versions. http://3cx.ideascale.com/

Will do. The 'unregistered' status could be used in case the Internet connection goes down, and 'busy' when the line is busy.
