Jabra Support for Softphone

Hi-
Would like to get more information on Jabra support for the 3CX softphone. In particular we are looking at purchasing the Jabra 620 USB headset to be used w/ the softphone. The headset user interface of volume up, down and mute work but not the pickup and end call on the headset controls. The Jabra rep we spoke to yesterday claimed 3CX is not fully supported yet in terms of the drivers they support. We love the Jabra and we plan to use them with 3CX because they sound awesome and are the most compatible with our laptop!. So...please advise on current 3CX Jabra support. Thanks.

To perform proper integration, it's not enough only to plug the headset. There are two questions:
- which 3CXPhone version are you using (as shown in About menu)
- Jabra PC Suite Control Center is running when you start the 3CXPhone?

Ah, the Jabra PC Suite...Ok will install and will give it a try and post results here. Curious the webpage for the download of PC Suite for Jabra does not list 3CX as a compatible device yet. However the Jabra compatibility searcher does have 3CX listed and has a list of wired and wireless devices which are listed as compatible. So bottom line the Jabra enabled functions of call control (call pickup/release, etc) on compatible Jabra wired and wirelessdevices should work if the Jabra PC Suite is also installed? Thanks.

We've been using the GN Jabra GN9330e with the 3CX Phone for some time

Nice headset, and click to answer works perfectly

(you do need the Jabra Control Center installed)
