This isn't a feature request as much as an observation about the future use of the product.

I really like the new feature to be able to initiate a call from Outlook however, I have started to move to a CRM package where the contacts will be displayed in an HTML window instead of within Outlook. I know most of these CRM packages are web based also.

I not sure how to accomplish the same functionality within an HTML document, and this is not a complaint, I just wanted to get someone thinking about how to do this.

I thought the same thing when I saw the Outlook integration feature. Skype does this on webpages where it detects a phone number it turns it into a button that you can click to make a phone call using Skype.

Same for me, not a feature that I would use, but may be a cool feature that would sell well.
