Hello,

Are there keyboard shortcuts available for the the main functions in 3CX? This phone works well for sighted users, but my visually impaired users that use a screen reader are having difficulty accessing the interface.

If not, could anyone recommend an accessible software phone that will support auto answer for intercom but not for direct extension dialing, like the 3CX does?

Hi
Basic operations can be done through keyboard
- F1, F2, F3 - activate a line (a new line for dialing, to toggle hold state of an active call, to switch to desired line in case of many active calls, to do attented transfer to specified line).
- Arrow left - browse through connections
- Arrow right - main menu
- Arrow up - last dialled numbers
- Arrow down - missed calls
- Ctrl+V - paste a number from clipboard to be dialled /transferred to
Now, standard Escape and Enter
- Escape: open/close main menu; close current call; reject incoming call; switch to the first active in-hold call when current line is in hook; cancel a transfer mode
- Enter: does the selected menu command; answer incoming call; open line with last dialled number; make call.

There are not provided keyboard shortcuts for
- transfer
- muting
- recording
- diverting to voicemail
- online status (available, DND, auto-answer and auto-voicemail)

Our plan is to don't keep such shortcuts hardcoded, but to let user to define it's own, according to its preferences, and this will be available.
