We have several call queues with custom intro prompts. We'd like to let the prompt finish before the calls are actually processed so it isn't interrupted. Currently, the first extension in our hunt groups instantly starts ringing once a call is coming in.
My solution for now would be instead of going directly to the queue, have it go to an IVR with no selections and set it to time out at the length of the message and forward to the queue.
