Linksys 922 call waiting

Hi all

Hi have posted a previuos message. Anyway I am trying to get the linksys 922 to notify me whe a voicemail comes in. I was told to try changing the setting on the phone from message waiting from no to yes. The problem then is the phone shows there a message even when I log in and delted the message. With the setting off it does'nt show at all. Is there something im doing wrong or some setting in the 3cx I have missed.

Are you talking about the SPA922 with 3cx pbx?

If so did you provision with the templates in 3cx? This should set it up. If you did it manually you need to put in the voicemail extension in the SPA (E.g. 999 for a 3 digit 3cx pbx) and it will show you the messages.

Which version of 3CX are you using? The free version doesn't support message waiting indication unless you have applied the Demo code.
