A client of mine is using a Linksys SPA-942 VoIP Phone and is experiencing overlapping voices.
I checked the 3CX logs and when the user makes his call there is no error shown.
I replaced the phone with another SPA-942 and he still has the same issues
I checked his extension setup and its set the same way everyone else is which they report no problems.
Any ideas?
