MakeCall Auto Answer

MakeCall Auto Answer

Back in 2009 3CX were thinking of implementing (on the 3cx softphone):

Auto-Answer on MakeCall ON /OFF
Auto-Answer on Ext 100 ON / OFF
Auto-Answer on "custom field" ON / OFF

I now have a need for AutoAnswer on MakeCall for a piece of software I'm writing but the only thing they have implemented since this was discussed is Auto-Answer on EVERYTHING!!! I only want to Auto-Answer on "MakeCall" not all incoming calls, this seems like a lazy implementation surely it would not be difficult to do, hell i would do it if i had the source code.

Does anyone know of a workaround OR a different softphone that you can specify AutoAnswer when caller id = "MakeCall"

Im not bashing 3CX i think they are legends but this is a well requested feature that has been swept under the carpet for many years.
