Managment Console Access

I just took over the support of a 3CX VOIP system. The previous vendor has not provided the information for accessing the Management console access. Is there any way of retreiving the user account(s) for managing the phone system?

To get technical support on this one, you can contact our technical support (This requires commercial edition with support package). If you have a
commercial edition, but no support package, you can purchase one here:

you can try direct access to postgres db
