Inbound caller id reformat

My SIP provider delivers calls in the format +441234567890 where 44 is the UK country code, 1234 the area code and the rest the number.
I need to reformat inbound calls so they arrive on the handset in the format 01234567890 to match with the company phone book and screen pop for outlook. I've looked through the Inbound CallerID reformatting documentaion but its a little sparse and I just can't see how to make it work. Anyone had this before and solved it?
I'm using 3CX v11 btw
