External calls disappear from the Assistant

Hello,

I'm using version 9 with the new version of the assistant and have found something strange. If you call the phone system you briefly appear in the "External Calls" section, and then it disappears while it's in the digital assistant. When the call is then routed to a queue, ring group or extension it appears in the "External Calls" section again.

We've found it useful for it to stay in the "External Calls" section while it's in the digital assistant as you can sometimes recognise the number and grab the call, especially when the system is on out of hours. Is there a setting we can change to get this functionality back?
