Message recording

Postby jantoney » Fri Dec 14, 2007 4:05 am

Hey!....

Cool thing i found (a few years ago) with another phone system was the ability to record (by your phone) the messages and auto attendant files.

eg via the Management console you create the autoattendant, then click 'record message'
Up pops a box saying record from what extension, you then enter 400 (your extension)
Your phone rings and goes 'after the tone record your message then press the hash (pound) key' once the rcording has finished it plays it back and goes press 1 to accept or 2 to re-record.
once accepted it saves the file and attaches it to the auto attendant.

Does that mask sense?
Llet me know what you think!.. better yet an ETA!!! :D
