Microsoft CRM

Postby complimentary » Mon Oct 19, 2009 8:33 am

Does anyone else know of any integration between Microsoft CRM and 3CX? It only seems natural that this integration be done out of the 'box' like salesforce- particularly when 3CX is a windows based solution. We just want click to dial and screen pop and recorded voice files to link to MCRM History???

The difference is that Salesforce.com is a web app, making it very easy to do screen pops to it and post data to forms. Microsoft CRM is an application which makes interfacing with it much more difficult. It's not that it cant be done, but it can't be done easily.

Microsoft (Dynamics) CRM is a web app, and it is just as easy as salesforce.

Tells you what I know about it. If its a web app than it should be able to take URL parameters to take you to screens based on caller ID. You just need to figure out how it wants things formatted so you can send it the appropriate code. That doesn't mean it is possible, but it makes it more probable you can integrate with it.

I thought you had posted something - but I couldn't find it last night. If you could post it again or a link, that would be appreciated. I played around with this a few months ago, but now we have a real need to get this going, and I couldn't find the examples that I'm sure I found in the past.

Thanks!

we are adding a full blown TAPI driver in v8.1 and this should work with microsoft Dynamics CRM as it has TAPI driver support. Please check our blog for updates and we test it out when it becomes available.

Depending on the level of interest, we could create a 3CX plug-in for Microsoft CRM. We are putting the finishing touches on a 3CX plug-in for SugarCRM (it should be available in a week or two).

MS CRM Integration would be great

I have 10 clients with over 200 desktops on MS CRM

It's very easy to interface with and develop code for, so not sure why 3CX haven't been able to perfect it..
