Hi,

I'm using 3cxphone 6 on windows 7 x64 but when I 'm using the 3cx phone it doesn't mute all other sounds (like radio player).
I configured the setting to do this in windows.
when I'm using skype it works perfect.
please help how to fix

Hi
At this moment, 3CXPhone don't use OS version-specific APIs, but only common ones - starting with XP. So, the feature you want is not available. We will check for this in future releases.
