My clients used to have a night switch facility on their old key phone system that they could set outside office hours mode (night switch) manually.
This was important to allow a range of staff to set night switch mode. The staff have a wide range of skills so it needs to be simple for non-technical staff.
It is surprising that 3CX does not offer this as most phone systems provide this.
Some settings can be made by the Management console, but this complicated and we do not want all users to have access to the Management console.
I see there are many requests for this feature.
How to we arrange to get basic features missing from 3CX to be added in a timely manner?
