Salve,
l’installazione del sistema 3CXPSMINI 3CX Phone System - Mini Edition
non è andata a buon fine per quanto riguarda la parte di invio/ricezione FAX.
Il nostro sistema per la gestione di telefonia e fax è così composto:
• beroFix VOIP Gateway consigliato al sito 3CX http://www.beronet.com/product/the-bero ... oard-box#3 che supporta T.38 fax relay
• PC ‘CENTRALINO’ (SO Windows 7 Professional) su cui è installato il software centralino 3CX: indirizzo statico 10.10.20.89 e Firewall disattivato
• PC ‘ATLAS’ (SO Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard) con ruolo di Fax Server installato http://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/inbound-fax-routing/ : indirizzo statico 10.10.20.20 e Firewall disattivato
• Altri PCs con installati i Phone e Fax Clients
L’invio di FAX non funziona da nessuna macchina.
Quanto segue viene indicato solo come esempio di invio fax non riuscito.
L’invio di un FAX da PC ‘ATLAS’ utilizzando il dispositivo FAX di Windows produce il seguente log al centralino:
