Hola
Si la pasarela la registre en el 3CX que fue la extension virtual 10000
El test de firewall me sale ok sin ningun problema todos los puertos que necesita estan bien
Las llamadas las hago desde un softphone ya que el equipo aun no ha llegado
Soy de Panamá, He revisado los tonos segun mi pais, cambiandole el dial tone y no me funciona asi
Te adjunto logs de cuando hago una llamada y el de firewall.

Este log es al momento que hice una llamada de mi celular a mi trabajo y la llamada entro al softphone y cuando hice una llamada del softphone a mi celular

Y esto me sale al momento que la central cierra la llamada sin que mi celular suene
